Pacific Finance Australia Pty Ltd was formed in 1991,
as Pacific Securities Australia Pty Ltd, by a group of independent
finance brokers in West Perth.
The strategy of combining a variety of skills, experience
and contacts, has allowed the company to grow rapidly and to offer
their customers and contacts a wider range of financiers and financial
facilities at competitive pricing with excellent service.
Within the past year, Pacific Finance have moved to
new, modern offices in West Perth. The move has facilitated their
expansion and gave them the opportunity to update many of their
office systems.
The Challenge
Approximately 4,000 files were located in twenty-four
four-drawer filing cabinets in various locations throughout the
office. The filing system was not colour-coded or co-ordinated.
The Solution
Pacific Finance Australia have now installed an AusRecord 
unit with a colour-coded lateral filing system.

Company Background
Harman Legal Pty Ltd is a small law firm based in
Como, specialising in insurance litigation, financial services,
environment and mining law.
Since the practices establishment in February 2005 the growth in
business very quickly placed pressure on filing and storage space.
The Challenge
In a small office with limited space availability, to implement
a system capable of taking colour coded filing and lever arch files.
The Solution
Harman Legal Pty Ltd have now installed an AusRecord
6 bay lockable
unit. The unit provides in each bay 2 levels for lever arch files
and 4 levels for AusRecord colour code filing. One unit includes
a CD drawer.

The Challenge
The Department had a small space in which to relocate its reference library. The standard would not suit the limited space available.
The Solution
The
installation of a Side Store . The rear shelving units are static with the two front units being laterally mobile allowing access to the rear shelving units whilst utilising storage in the available space.
